Thomas has a background in software development and his expertise lies in unified communications, networks, and infrastructure. Internally Thomas is the go-to guy for any product related questions – his mind is like an encyclopedia! Thomas plays a leading role in designing, driving, and rolling out new innovations. He also acts as IR's futurologist, keeping ahead of the curve on industry trends.
