Shantanu Mazumdar is the global product lead for UCC SIP Trunking Services for Tata Communications, part of the multi-billion Tata Companies. In this responsibility, he has redefined the global product strategy and led the growth of SIP Trunking Services globally. He is credited with many initiatives of automation, which includes digital transformation with self-service portal, creating performance benchmarks, and API strategy to increase business flexibility and enabling new partnership revenue models.
Shantanu has over the last 17 years of experience as a leader and contributor to technology businesses. Over the last decade, he has tried to focus on product innovations and has created long term profitable products and solutions for customers in organizations like Reliance, Avaya, and GTL Limited.
Originally from India, Shantanu earned his BE and MBA from India. He currently lives in Singapore, and his hobbies include exploring continental cuisine and music.
