Richard Correia, director of product marketing - WFO at Nice Systems, has many years of experience as a leader in product management and product/solutions marketing, from his time at Cisco, Turin/Force10, Dell, and CyrusOne. Among some of his accomplishments, he helped drive the product direction and revenue of Turin/Force10 from a few million in sales to just under $100 million. At Dell, he was a key member of the team focused on integrating and marketing the different hardware and software components of data center solutions as one solution. At CyrusOne, he pushed a higher ROI for each of the marketing activities to drive demand and market penetration. Richard holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from University of Rhode Island, as well as an MBA and Master's in Electrical/Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
