Paul Fischer is a Customer Experience Consultant at TCS. His background in customer relationship management (CRM), telephony, and contact center operations helps him craft superior customer experiences for clients. Paul recently helped design and implement omni-channel contact centers for a Fortune 100 retail organization, resulting in large cost-savings. When he isn't working Paul can be found socializing at the local Salesforce user's group or a Chicago Cubs game.
