Jamie Libow has 17 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Unified Communications, Contact Centers and Voice. He has been a regular early adopter of technology such as Microsoft OCS/Lync, SIP trunking, and Cisco and Avaya IP Telephony throughout his career.
Responsibilities over time have included Unified Communications, Call Routing, IVR, Workforce Management, Call Recording, Voice and Data Network Engineering. He has been a speaker at Enterprise Connect and VoiceCon numerous times, and has been on both the Cisco and Avaya Customer Advisory Boards.
Jamie has an MS in Computer Science from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute in Hartford, CT, a BE in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University and a BA in Psychology from Queens College.
