Ed Brooks

Ed is Director, Service Providers, at IR, the leading global provider of experience management solutions for unified communications and contact centers. Many leading Cisco, Microsoft and Avaya partners power their Cloud and Managed Services for Voice, UC, Collaboration and Contact Center with IR Prognosis (including Cisco and Avaya's own services).

He joined IR in 2011, and today manages several global Service Provider partnerships and leads the company's Service Provider practice. As practice lead, he focuses on enhancing sales and technical enablement, best practices development, go to market strategy and teaming with Product Management to drive solution enhancements for partners that leverage Prognosis for cloud, managed and IT outsourcing services. Ed received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
