Art Rosenberg has been involved with pioneering on-line, interactive computer and telecommunications technologies. He started his computer career with the RAND Corporation and System Development Corp. (SDC) in developing the early time-sharing systems for online, interactive applications. He then helped design and manage one of the first automated call centers at Delphi Communications, that also offered voice messaging services. He has been a well-known independent writer (contributing frequently to BCR magazine), speaker, industry analyst, and consultant. He is currently an expert on the UCStrategies.com team, focused on identifying various evolving individual end user needs for UC capabilities to optimize business processes.
