Andrew Bourne is currently the Global Chief Technology Officer of Bolste, an all-in-one digital work hub built to unite teams and foster collaboration on one platform, anywhere. He is a technology leader, serial entrepreneur and revenue driver with a passion for building and leading high-performing teams. In 18 months at the helm, Andrew has led his team to release Bolste 3.0, a world-class and internationally award-winning SaaS application.
As an entrepreneur, Andrew started his first technology venture, ITIC, Inc., in Denver, Colo. Within five years as CEO, he grew the business to three locations - Denver, Phoenix, and Seattle - and increased year-over-year revenue 100%. He led teams in developing business intelligence analytics solutions for internationally recognized companies such as Honeywell, ING, Citibank, Discount Tires, Coors, Apple, and others. Andrew sold ITIC to Idea Integration, a division of MODIS, Inc., a multi-billion dollar technology consulting firm.
Relocating to Scottsdale, Ariz., in 2002, Andrew founded WayPoint Technologies, his second multi-million dollar success. WayPoint was a recognized leader in customer analytics and workflow software solutions for healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. Andrew holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
