Philip is a widely regarded expert on wireless technology and its application for business and government. As a consultant, he has developed multiple municipal Wi-Fi projects, established network requirements, researched strategy and written corresponding RFPs.
Philip draws on an accomplished consultancy background characterized by projects ranging from streamlining database integration and business process design to developing interoperability plans for first responders. At Accenture, he streamlined business processes, conducted database redesign, and directed mobile market assessments. At Civitium, he developed comprehensive plans and RFPs to support the construction of large-scale municipal WiFi projects. Phil began his career at the University of Colorado where he performed research for cognitive radio infrastructure and design.
