Via Bloomberg, Cisco is upping its bid for Tandberg by 11%, to $3.4 billion. We discussed here why that's likely what would happen, and why it's probably the right move for Cisco.Lots of positive responses from shareholder reps and analysts in Norway. Looks like this deal is going to get done.
