As if the Siemens news wasn't enough, Alcatel-Lucent announced today that its CEO, Pat Russo, and Chairman, Serge Tchuruk, are resigning. Russo will stay on until a new CEO is named, and Tchuruk's resignation is effective October 1. Updates throughout the day on this as well.
