Nandini focuses on solving workplace culture and mistreatment issues by building a modern, action-driven software product. Nandini strategically helps with product vision, execution, and technology scale planning to ensure success of her company’s mission. In addition, Nandini drives the overall technical roadmap, including product design, development, analytics, cloud infrastructure and tech stack, executed by an all-remote team of engineers and designers. Prior to working with Speakfully, Nandini was the Director of Software Engineering and subsequently of QA/IT Compliance at Esurance where she launched and released multiple products.
