Monica Gionet leads the Unified Communications team at Hertz World Headquarters in Estero, Florida. Monica is responsible for managing implementation and adoption programs for emerging technologies in the unified communications and collaboration space. Monica’s past accomplishments at Hertz include managing a global network transformation program to migrate all Hertz field locations to SDN/SD-WAN technology, and her current focus is on global contact center transformation and consolidation. Monica’s earlier background is in IP telephony where she managed global engineering support organizations.
