Kay Sargent, Senior Principal & Director of WorkPlace, HOK
Kay Sargent brings over 34 years of experience in the interiors industry. She has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies on their global real estate strategies and designed workplaces of the future. Kay specializes in helping companies align their space with their business goals, develop the workplace of the future and deliver it across their global portfolio.
Kay is a Senior Principal and Director of WorkPlace at HOK, the world’s largest global architectural firm, and serves on the Board of Directors. Kay also serves on the Board of the International Federation of Interior Designers/Architects, IFI, and on the CoreNet Global Board. She also serves on the National ASID Foundation Research Taskforce. During her career, Kay has served on the International Boards of IIDA, ASID, NCQLP, ASID Foundation Board. She is an active member of IFMA and co-founder of the IFMA Workplace Evolutionaries, WE, community.
