Prior to OpenMethods, he served as president and CEO of Virtual CSR, a leading advanced speech recognition company in Silicon Valley. He has held various executive sales, marketing, and business development positions in the technology sector, working for Tellinfo, Voice Access Technologies, Cliffstone Corp., and Call Center Technologies.
