Angela Krisinger has been working with Contact Center technologies for over 25 years over various roles.
She has worked at AWS since 2017, she is driving the go-to-market strategy and delivery of Amazon Connect in the public sector. As an Amazon Connect Global Specialty Consultant, Angela provided professional services for organizations migrating to Amazon Connect. Angela supported Amazon Connect partners as a Solutions Architect and most recently, as a Business Development Manager for Amazon Connect in the Public Sector.
As a Product Manager with Expedia and Microsoft, she oversaw the delivery of contact center solutions for the enterprise customer, including IVR, softphone, and contact center reporting. In the manufacturer space, Angela was the TPM for a cloud ACD offering at Spoken Communications. Additionally, Angela has provided consulting services at the mid-market, enterprise and global level for delivering contact center implementations.
