Brandon Knight, VP of Contact Center Optimization for Corvisa, serves as a strategic resource to help customers take a holistic look at their business and contact center operations. He brings over 25 years of experience as a business owner and consultant to the Corvisa team, including leading operational roles in launching eight call centers and BPOs. Prior to bringing his call center and consulting expertise to Corvisa, Brandon held operational and call center management positions for two of Corvisa's sister companies under Novation Companies. He has also held leadership positions for a number of notable organizations including Humana Insurance, Traveler's Insurance, Sprint PCS, Black & Decker, Orion, Haier, and American Express. Brandon has been frequently called upon as a panelist or keynote speaker at conferences for various large corporations and industries.
