Prior to joining Acticall Sitel Group, Berryman was at EDS where he worked with their global CRM practice. Before EDS he spent nearly six years with EarthLink where as president of municipal networks, he managed EarthLink's market-leading effort into the municipal wireless broadband arena. During his EarthLink tenure, he also served as executive vice president of EarthLink's customer support operations. He has also held positions at IdentityNow, Inc. and APAC Customer Care, Inc., where he built the company's inbound/outsourcing division. Berryman also directed national customer service programs at companies including Ryder System, Inc. and Gannett Company's USA Today.
