Pam Avila, founder of Sierra Summit Group, has a strong background in sales and marketing management with companies in the telecom and data industries. Her business experience includes building and managing successful sales organizations, as well as founding and managing a highly successful systems integration business. Avila's channel expertise comes from both managing channel sales organizations and mentoring a nationwide group of convergence VARs and telecom dealers (CT Pioneers). In addition to managing the Sierra Summit Group, she is the CEO of discussUC.com as well as a creator of the UC and UC3 Summit events.
