Neal Shact

Neal Shact is the founder and CEO of CommuniTech Services, a VAR founded in 1983 focused on providing Communications Enabled Business Processes (CEBP) to the contact center. Neal is also a frequent contributor to the UCStrategies web site.

In 2006, Neal was recognized as a "Top 100 Voice" in the IP Communications Industry by Internet Telephony magazine. A much sought after speaker on Unified Communications, Next-Gen Technologies and VoIP, he has also authored numerous articles.

A magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa alumnus of Clark University, Mr. Shact received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
