Jason has both a broad and deep background in the customer interaction market. He was a product strategist and manager for the first six years of his career, and has spent the last ten consulting with enterprise customers and suppliers. Jason's supplier experience helps enterprises quickly translate sales and marketing language into accurate depictions of solution capabilities and limitations, and helps internal and supplier teams work well together. His enterprise experience enables suppliers to work outside the bubble to understand what really matters to customers. Jason is committed to infusing the Voice of the Customer into every engagement.
Jason holds a Business Economics degree from UCLA.
