CMP Launches No Jitter, a New Website Covering Unified Communications, VOIP & Convergence
NoJitter.com Provides Daily Industry News and Analysis from the Producers of VoiceCon and Business Communications Review Magazine
CHICAGO, Dec. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- CMP today announced the launch of new Web site, No Jitter ( http://www.nojitter.com ), providing daily comprehensive editorial coverage of the enterprise Unified Communications, Voice Over IP and network convergence industries. No Jitter refers to a measure of how clearly real-time traffic is being delivered over an IP network; too much “jitter” in the network hampers communication. No Jitter delivers on the promise of quality information with maximum clarity and quality.
No Jitter features original daily blog posts, news and news analysis items, as well as regularly-appearing columns and in-depth articles on the technologies and markets that compose this fast-growing segment of the technology industry. No Jitter will enjoy a symbiotic relationship with VoiceCon and its Web site, http://www.voicecon.com, the industry’s leading conference/tradeshow in enterprise communications, and will have access to video, audio and presentations from the VoiceCon events.
The editor and lead blogger of the site is Eric Krapf, who also serves as program co-chairman of VoiceCon. No Jitter will operate under the direction of VoiceCon General Manager and program co-chairman, Fred Knight.
“No Jitter gives our audience of enterprise telecom and IT decision-makers a place to go on the Web every day for the kind of information that they get in an intense, face-to-face form at VoiceCon,” Knight said. “It has an objective, practical approach that respects our readers’ time and intelligence, and helps them make the decisions their jobs demand.”
The following all-star lineup of industry luminaries will be columnists and/or bloggers:
- Gary Audin, president, Delphi, Inc., formerly blogger at VOIPLoop.com
- Matt Brunk, president, Telecomworx, formerly blogger at VOIPLoop.com
- Michael Finneran, president, dBrn Associates; author of the “Networking Intelligence” column in BCR
