CHICAGO, Dec. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- CMP today announced the launch of new Web site, No Jitter ( http://www.nojitter.com ), providing daily comprehensive editorial coverage of the enterprise Unified Communications, Voice Over IP and network convergence industries. No Jitter refers to a measure of how clearly real-time traffic is being delivered over an IP network; too much “jitter” in the network hampers communication.
